I occationally wish that I were in places that I&#8217;m not&#8230; and today I wish I were in LA to experience some of the WOMEN in the CITY<em> </em>public art exhibition. <a href="http://www.pbs.org/art21/artists/holzer/index.html" target="_blank">Jenny Holzer</a>, <a href="http://www.pbs.org/art21/artists/kruger/index.html" target="_blank">Barbara Kruger</a>, <a href="http://www.metropicturesgallery.com/index.php?mode=artists&amp;object_id=9&amp;view=bio" target="_blank">Louise Lawler</a> and <a href="http://www.metropicturesgallery.com/index.php?mode=artists&amp;object_id=4" target="_blank">Cindy Sherman</a> have joined to present installations all over LA that will be displayed on video screens, on-the-road billboards, storefronts, a movie theater and widely distributed stickers. Check out more information/location information of the different projects at the <a href="http://womeninthecity.org/#" target="_blank">WOMEN in the CITY</a> site OR read up on the exhibition on the <a href="http://blog.art21.org/2008/02/08/kruger-and-holzer-in-women-in-the-city/" target="_blank">Art21 blog.</a></p>
