Sara and Jerry have been putting the nearly final touches on a new Regina Hexaphone record. Looking at spring 2007. Some business type shit is in the way.

Margaret's STILL playing with EVERYONE! Jerry's busy recording and buying microphones. Chris is headed to NYC this weekend and dazzling all with his famous chipotle cheese grits. Nathan is running 3/week and acting all stoopid. Sara's trying to get a good night's sleep.

The hex is totally myspace.

The Beautiful World features 12 tracks—some all-new and some revamped versions of previously recorded songs—as performed by the core RH lineup of Sara Bell, Chris Clemmons, Jerry Kee, and Margaret White. Special guests include Ash Bowie, Anders Parker, Zeke Hutchins, Chris Eubank, Julie Oliver, and Nathan Brown. In stores now.

In addition to the press listed above, we got some entertaining, international press, like this four-horse review from altcountry.nl that notes, "The jet ear and violin fly each other regularly in haren (or perhaps better said: in the snaren), like in the violent final of I Hear a Rumor." And the one buried somewhere in www.rootstime.be that kinda lifts The Independent Weekly review while adding a few original flourishes, e.g., "At least we are exceptionally gifted close artist in the poor and will develop certainly up to one of the groten in this genre."
