Plants can Twitter

Date June 16, 2009

Wouldn’t it be awesome if your plant could tell you if it were thirsty, or drowning? With this little DIY Plant Twitter Kit from botanicals, you can give your plants a voice through their own personal twitter account! Check out @pothos on twitter!

Botanicalls is an ongoing collaborative project about communication between plants and people started by 4 former graduate students of NYU’s Interactive Telecommunications Program. Last fall (September 2008), Kati London (one of those 4 former graduate students) participated in an Ignite show, Pecha Kucha styled presentations, in NYC.

It’s a highly appreciating thing you have being working to protect our plants. I believe knowingly or unknowingly all of us were being the part and ignored our plants for the money benefits. So what will happen, if we were continued not to protect out plant? Of course we will lose our necessary resources.
Once again, I am taking this opportunity with whole heart support for your success in this projects and also keep the fast- paced spirit to succeed in future.
