		<description>You are not considering who the people actually building the ship are.  They are the ship yard workers in New Orleans who lost their homes in Katrina.  The New York kept them working and helped them recover and rebuild from the terrible thing that happened to all of them.</description>

		<description>For information, 24 tons is about enough steel to build five (5) anchors for this ship, or in dollars is worth about $12,000. The overall cost for the ship is estimates at $1 billion.  An interesting point but the magnitude is really incidental. The steel estimate does include chain.</description>
