The Lang Study in 2008 is just a preliminary study. It showed several correlations between bisphenol A and heart disease, diabetes, and high liver enzyme levels in urine, but in no way did it show causation. More detailed studies will need to be performed before the true effects can be known. In the meantime, just relax and enjoy the tasty plasticizers in all of the plastics 1-6! :)

My grandma is the first to have told me about this. This is how rumors get started people taking little bits of truth and putting their own "spin" or take on it. Because I have a curious mind I always research things for myself. Here's a few things I found online. I'm not pro or con on BPA just passing along what I've found so far. Search Bisphenol-A at http://www.fda.gov & http://www.cdc.gov here's a couple links for some good bedtime reading, lol. http://www.fda.gov/oc/opacom/hottopics/bpa.html
