Here at NCSU they recently instituted a 25-foot rule, where you cannot smoke without 25 feet of an entrance to a building. I think this is great, because as a non-smoker, I didn't appreciate having to walk through a wall of smoke to get to any of my classes. It is taking time for people to honor the rule, but change takes time. It's funny how technical UNC is being with the 100 foot radius around buildings, leaving the spots of green around campus. I'm really impressed that people are honoring the zoning so literally. I didn’t realize that they had banned smoking that much on campus.

Thats why these kids are smokin the herb these days. Oh yeah,the same kids that voted to ban cigarettes are smokin the cheeba like Duke loses in the tournament. ALL THE TIME.
